Turbo Dork Molten Mantle TurboShift is a colour-shifting acrylic from the Turbo Dork TurboShift range - a paint themed around the Earth's mantle at the moment where solid rock gives way to the fluid core: shifting between deep, cooling dark tones and the orange-red of molten rock at extreme pressure and temperature, capturing the slow, geological shift between states of matter. The geological reference gives this shift a quality of deep time and enormous scale.

Use for Salamanders Space Marine chapter armour in forge-world lava-adjacent colour schemes, for Magmadroth and Vulkite Berzerker models where the shift between dark and lava-orange suits the fire-and-stone Fyreslayer aesthetic, for volcanic terrain and lava field scenic elements where the surface should appear to be simultaneously cooling crust and visible heat, for Chaos Forge Daemon constructs and Daemonsmith models in fire-world environments, and for any display model where the subject material is rock under extreme conditions.
