About these terms

These Terms of Service set out the basis on which you may use the Buzz Paints website and buy products from us. Buzz Paints is a trading name of Bee Computers Limited. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@buzzpaints.com or on 01254 601022.

Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or using the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it. We may suspend or restrict access to the site where we reasonably need to, for example to carry out maintenance or to protect our systems and customers.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or withdraw parts of the site from time to time.

Your account

You can shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please choose a strong password and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Please make sure the information you give us, such as your name, contact details and delivery address, is accurate and kept up to date.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send you an acknowledgement that we have received your order, but this does not by itself mean your order is accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation confirming that your order has been accepted.

Occasionally we may be unable to accept an order. For example, the product may be out of stock, or there may be an error in the price or description. Where this happens, we may cancel the order and, if you have already paid, we will refund you in full. We will let you know if we cannot accept your order.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown on the product pages and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price and describe products correctly, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any amount you have paid.

Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Full details of how we deliver are set out in our Delivery Policy.

Product images and descriptions

We aim to show and describe our products as accurately as we can. However, product images are for illustration only. Actual colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly, for example because of differences in screen settings or because manufacturers update their packaging and formulations. Any small variation of this kind does not mean the product is faulty.

Payment

You can pay by card, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. For more on how we handle personal data during payment, please see our Privacy Policy.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

If you change your mind, or an item is faulty or not as described, your rights and the steps to follow are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. That policy reflects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms limits those statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and the layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce or exploit our content without our permission.

Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Games Workshop and related trademarks are the property of Games Workshop, and the trademarks of Citadel Colour, Turbo Dork, Colour Forge, Darkstar and other brands belong to those companies. Buzz Paints is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Games Workshop. We sell genuine products, but we do not claim any rights in the trademarks of the manufacturers whose goods we stock.

Our liability

We take reasonable care in providing our website and products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any of your rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Because we sell to consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If any part of these terms conflicts with your legal rights as a consumer, your legal rights take priority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes in how we operate or in the law. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you place it. We recommend checking this page from time to time so you are aware of any updates.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in another part of the UK, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If you have any questions about these terms or about an order, please contact us at hello@buzzpaints.com, on 01254 601022, or through our contact page. We are always happy to help.
