Use as the undercoat for Blood Angels Space Marine armies, for World Eaters Chaos Space Marines and for Khorne Bloodbound Age of Sigmar forces where deep red armour covers the majority of each model. Also practical for Flesh Tearers and other Blood Angels successor chapters in darker red schemes, for red Chaos vehicles and daemon engines where the red should have a menacing, blood-soaked quality. The deep red base under subsequent highlights and washes gives armour more depth than starting from a pale or neutral primer would achieve.
