Citadel Layer Hoeth Blue is named for the Tower of Hoeth, the great library-citadel of the High Elves - a bright, rich blue that functions as the upper highlight stage on Ultramarine and High Elf blue armour, sitting above Calgar Blue in the workflow to add the final punch of brightness at the sharpest edges and raised corners. It is vivid and saturated without tipping into the pale of Baharroth Blue.

Apply to the very sharpest edges and corners on Ultramarine armour after Calgar Blue has covered the raised panel faces, adding the final stage of brightness that makes the armour scheme pop at tabletop distance.
