Product Description

The Scorpius Missile Tank is a dedicated indirect-fire artillery vehicle for the Legiones Astartes in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, mounting a multi-barrelled scorpius launcher on a Predator hull to deliver long-range fragmentation and armour-defeating fire. The launcher system elevates to lob explosive rounds over intervening terrain, giving the Scorpius a battlefield role as a mobile artillery piece capable of striking targets it cannot directly see. This plastic kit assembles one Scorpius with the launcher elevated in the characteristic firing position.

On the Horus Heresy tabletop the Scorpius Missile Tank provides indirect fire that allows it to target units behind terrain without requiring line of sight - a rare capability that rewards careful deployment and coordination with forward-scouting units observing enemy positions.
