The Legiones Astartes MkVI Tactical Squad are the standard infantry of the Legiones Astartes in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy in the Corvus pattern armour - the advanced helmet design with its characteristic beaked visor and smooth armour plating that was rolling out across multiple Legions during the Heresy period. This plastic kit assembles twenty MkVI Legionaries with bolters and a full special and heavy weapon sprue matching the options available in other Horus Heresy Tactical Squad kits. The MkVI aesthetic provides a distinct visual from the heavier MkII and MkIII patterns.

On the Horus Heresy tabletop MkVI Tactical Squads serve the same core infantry function as other Legiones Astartes infantry - holding objectives, providing bolter fire support, and forming the resilient backbone around which specialist units operate.
