Product Description

The Horus Heresy Solar Auxilia Tactical Command Section is the command element for a Solar Auxilia force - the officers and specialists who coordinate the Auxilia's disciplined infantry companies from the front line. The multipart plastic kit builds one Auxilia Captain and four Auxilia Companions in void armour with the full range of command equipment: augury scanner, command vox, cohorts vexilla, and a melta bomb for anti-armour situations. The Captain carries a wide range of weapon options including power fist or power sword alongside a laspistol or plasma pistol as sidearm, with multiple head variants providing individual character. The kit can alternatively be assembled as a Line Command Section in less ornate armour with a simpler vexilla, covering both the elite Auxilia Officer caste and the more utilitarian line officer role.

Use in a Solar Auxilia Horus Heresy army as the command squad that unlocks higher force-level organisation and provides the command abilities that improve surrounding Lasrifle Section performance. The Auxilia Captain model is suitably distinct from the rank-and-file infantry to serve as a visual focal point for the force without being as imposing as a Primarch or Legion praetor - the right level of command presence for a Solar Auxilia army whose aesthetic is disciplined professionalism rather than heroic excess. Supplied unpainted and unassembled.
