Product Description

The Adeptus Mechanicus Archaeopter is a dedicated aircraft of the Skitarii - an ancient flying construct maintained since the Dark Age of Technology, serving as a bomber, transport, or command aircraft depending on the weapon and equipment configuration. This plastic kit assembles one Archaeopter as either the Stratoraptor gunship, the Fusilave bomber, or the Transvector transport, with different weapon mounts and fuselage details distinguishing each role. The Archaeopter's insectoid wings and fused-metal-and-flesh construction reflect the Mechanicus aesthetic of a faction that blurs the line between technology and organism.

On the tabletop each Archaeopter variant fills a distinct aerial role - the Stratoraptor provides dogfighting capability, the Fusilave delivers ground-attack bomb runs, and the Transvector delivers small units from reserve.
