Chaos Space Marines Accursed Cultists are corrupted warp-touched mortal followers - former Chaos Cultists who have been mutated beyond recognition by the powers of Chaos, transforming into lumbering Mutants and swift Torments that fight without the complexity of mortal cognition. This plastic kit assembles a mixed unit of Mutants (slow, heavily mutated close-combat fighters) and Torments (faster, more agile daemonic mutants) in the diverse, chaotic forms that warp corruption produces. The unit provides a cheap screening and combat option for Chaos Space Marine armies.

On the tabletop Accursed Cultists are inexpensive objective holders and screening units - their bodies absorb fire that would otherwise target Chaos Space Marine infantry, while their melee attacks contribute chaff combat support in the early game.
