Black Templars Sword Brethren are the elite veteran warriors of a Black Templars Crusade, battle-proven fighters who have sworn oaths of brotherhood and now serve as the personal retinue and honour guard of the Marshal. This multi-part plastic kit assembles five Sword Brethren models in ornate Black Templars power armour bearing the Chapter's black-and-white heraldry, with an extensive selection of weapon combinations available across the squad including thunder hammers, power swords, power axes, and storm shields. Chapter-specific heads, sculpted shoulder pads bearing the Templar Cross, and unique accessories are included throughout the kit.

On the tabletop Sword Brethren are a melee-focused elite infantry unit that performs best fighting alongside High Marshal Helbrecht or a Marshal, where their charge bonuses and re-roll auras combine to produce devastating close-assault output against any target type.
