Product Description

The Citadel Painting Handle (mk2) is an updated version of the standard Citadel grip tool for holding Warhammer miniatures during painting. The mk2 design incorporates a taller, slimmer profile than the original version, improving grip comfort for extended painting sessions and reducing hand fatigue compared to holding a model base directly. The spring-loaded clamp mechanism grips the rim of standard model bases securely without adhesive.

Painters who work through squads of infantry benefit from the Painting Handle by picking each model up and placing it on the handle without touching the painted surface - this keeps oils from fingers off freshly painted areas and prevents the warmth of the hand from softening the base or paint. The mk2 handle fits standard round and square bases across the common Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar base size range. The design is reusable across an entire model collection: a single handle can be moved from model to model as each is completed. It is compatible with the Painting Handle XL for oversized bases and used alongside the Spray Stick for the priming stage that precedes painting. Supplied as a single handle.
