Combat Patrol: Death Guard is a boxed army set for Warhammer 40,000 containing a matched selection of Death Guard Chaos Space Marine models for the Combat Patrol game mode. The box provides Death Guard players with a Nurgle-corrupted force - plague-bearing warriors of the XIV Legion - combining a powerful plague lord or lord of virulence with infantry and daemon engine support in a self-contained Combat Patrol force.

Death Guard armies are defined by exceptional durability and biological weaponry - their models have above-average Toughness and feel-no-pain saves from the Disgustingly Resilient ability, making them among the hardest infantry to remove in the game while their plague weapons degrade and reduce enemy effectiveness over time. The Combat Patrol format suits Death Guard because even a small Death Guard force is extremely difficult to eliminate before it achieves objectives. The box provides the plague lord, Plague Marines, and Deathshroud or daemon engine support that make Death Guard functional at Combat Patrol scale, and serves as a foundation for expansion into a full Death Guard army. Supplied unpainted and requiring assembly.
