Product Description

The paint is the primary choice for Magmadroth scales, where the hot orange-red produces the reptilian fire-glow characteristic of the Fyreslayers' mounts. It works equally well for lava and volcanic terrain: applied over a dark grey basecoat and drybrushed with lighter oranges and yellows before the Contrast coat, Magmadroth Flame creates a convincing hot lava effect on terrain bases and scenery. Salamanders Space Marines and any models incorporating fire and magma in basing and armour detail benefit from the colour's intense orange-red character. General flame effects, fire weapon details, and OSL glow effects from fire sources across any faction are also strong applications for the paint.
