The Death Guard Foul Blightspawn is a specialist character - a Death Guard marine who has modified himself to carry a plaguespurt launcher capable of projecting streams of virulent plague-matter at extreme chemical pressure. This plastic kit assembles a single Foul Blightspawn with the backpack-mounted plague culture vats that feed his weapon, the reinforced suit protecting him from his own weapons' byproducts, and the diseased aesthetic of a Death Guard character who has embraced Nurgle's gifts particularly enthusiastically.

On the tabletop the Foul Blightspawn's plaguespurt launcher ignores cover when firing - making it particularly effective against infantry hiding behind terrain where other weapons cannot reach them at full effect. His auto-hitting flamer-type weapon also eliminates the need to worry about enemy debuffs to hit rolls.
