Citadel Dry Verminlord Hide is a warm, mid-brown drybrush paint - named for the Skaven Verminlords, the greater daemon-equivalents of the rat men, it captures the dark, warm hide and fur colour of Skaven models across the range. The mid-brown with a slightly orange warmth suggests rodent fur, aged hide and the rough organic material of Skaven construction.
Apply over dark brown or black base coats on Skaven fur, Rat Ogre hides and Vermintide-scale rat creature models. Works on Beastmen fur surfaces, Pestilens cloth and any rough organic material where a warm mid-brown drybrush highlight reads as naturally textured animal material. Also useful for terrain - wood, rope and organic material in a warmer brown than Dawnstone-grey stone progressions.
A practical warm brown drybrush for Skaven and Beastmen army painters. The warm tone distinguishes it from cooler browns - Skaven fur needs the warmth to read as animal rather than grey.
