Product Description

The Soulblight Gravelords Deathrattle Army Set is a boxed collection focused on the undead skeleton warriors of the Deathrattle sub-faction - the ancient mortal soldiers of Nagash who have been raised to serve in unliving armies across the Mortal Realms. The set contains a Wight King on Skeletal Steed (alternatively constructable as a Wight Lord on Skeletal Steed) as the commanding character, five Barrow Knights as the elite cavalry element, and twenty Barrow Guard as the core infantry. Together these form a functional Deathrattle force that can be played immediately and expanded further with additional Soulblight Gravelords units.

The Deathrattle sub-faction suits Soulblight players who want the visual and thematic identity of risen skeletal warriors - the Barrow Guard and Barrow Knights both carrying the ancient armour and weapons of warriors from a pre-Necroquake age, their equipment unchanged by death, serving now as eternal soldiers under the Wight King's command. Use the set as the starting point for a Deathrattle-focused Soulblight Gravelords collection, adding further Barrow Guard units to create larger infantry blocks, or expand toward Deathrattle cavalry with additional Barrow Knights. The Wight King character provides the general's aura that keeps surrounding units effective in combat.
