Combat Patrol: Adeptus Custodes (2024 Edition) is an updated boxed army set for Warhammer 40,000 containing a matched selection of Custodian Guard models for the Combat Patrol game mode. The 2024 edition reflects the updated Adeptus Custodes army rules and provides a force of the Emperor's golden warriors - individually the most powerful warriors in the Imperium - scaled to the Combat Patrol format with a Shield-Captain or Trajann Valoris as commander, Custodian Guard, and elite support.

Adeptus Custodes are the extreme end of Warhammer 40,000's elite-army spectrum - each model has stats and weapons that place them above virtually any other infantry in the game, but the army compensates with some of the lowest model counts available. In Combat Patrol, Custodes play differently from every other faction: rather than controlling multiple units across the board, a Custodes player often has just a handful of models that must each accomplish multiple objectives through their exceptional individual capability. The Combat Patrol box provides the correct force construction for the game mode and the starting point for a Custodian Guard collection. Supplied unpainted and requiring assembly.
