Combat Patrol: Kroot is the entry-level boxed force for the Kroot Hunting Pack faction in Warhammer 40,000 - a Combat Patrol-sized collection of Kroot warriors designed to work as a standalone starter army or as a melee specialist contingent allied to a T'au Empire force. The Kroot are the primary close-combat option in the T'au alliance, ranging ahead of the main force on hunting packs to intercept and destroy enemies at close range.
The box contains a selection of plastic Kroot infantry and support models that form a functional Combat Patrol force, including the core warriors that define the Kroot playstyle of aggressive melee combined with tracker abilities and beast-herd support. The models are compatible with the full T'au and Kroot range and work within the T'au detachment system. All models require assembly and are supplied unpainted. The Kroot earthy skin-tone and feathered crest colour scheme rewards natural, organic painting approaches.
