The Eye of Terror Battalion: Adeptus Mechanicus is a Warhammer 40,000 boxed set collecting three large Adeptus Mechanicus vehicles in a single purchase - an Onager Dunecrawler, a Skorpius Disintegrator and an Ironstrider Ballistarius, each offering significant build flexibility. The Onager can be equipped with four different weapon configurations; the Skorpius builds alternatively as a Dunerider transport; the Ironstrider can be built as a Sydonian Dragoon instead.
The three vehicles represent the core heavy support options in the Adeptus Mechanicus range, providing the kind of firepower and armoured support that balances the lighter Skitarii infantry. The Onager's neutron laser is particularly effective against heavy armour, the Skorpius provides long-range assault, and the Ironstrider operates as a mobile weapons platform or fast cavalry unit. All models require assembly and are supplied unpainted - the Mechanicus rust-red and dark grey colour scheme applied to the walker and vehicle models is among the most visually satisfying in the 40k range.
