Product Description

Tyranid Hive Guard and Tyrant Guard are two units built from the same plastic kit - Hive Guard are synapse-independent artillery organisms that carry impaler cannons or shockcannon weapons and fire them without requiring a direct line of sight, while Tyrant Guard are heavily armoured warrior-organisms assigned as personal bodyguards to the Hive Tyrant. This plastic kit assembles three models in either configuration with the appropriate weapons and biomorph builds for each role.

On the tabletop Hive Guard provide reliable mid-range shooting that cannot be stopped by intervening terrain - firing through walls, smoke, and cover to reach targets that other Tyranid shooting cannot touch. Tyrant Guard provide the Hive Tyrant with a bodyguard unit that intercepts wounds aimed at the character.

Supplied on 50mm Citadel round bases. Three miniatures per kit. Requires assembly and painting.
