Citadel Layer Lothern Blue is a vivid sky blue named for Lothern, the great trading city of the High Elves - the most open and cosmopolitan of the Elven realms, whose colours reflect the sea and the sky rather than the deep blues of more martial Elven factions. It is a bright, clear blue that sits high in the blue highlight range, used for final highlight stages on blue armour and as the main blue for Lumineth Realm-lords in sky-blue schemes.

Apply as a final highlight on blue armour schemes - Aeldari Dire Avengers, Lumineth and High Elf infantry in light blue - after a Calgar Blue or Teclis Blue mid-tone.
