Citadel Layer Teclis Blue is a vivid, bright mid-blue named for Teclis, the great High Elf mage and one of the most powerful magic users in the Old World and Mortal Realms. It sits in the bright, clear mid-blue range - more vivid than Calgar Blue but less pale than Lothern Blue - making it a versatile mid-tone for bright blue armour schemes and the defining blue for High Elf and Lumineth blue armour in some variants.

Apply over Kantor Blue or Alaitoc Blue on Lumineth Realm-lords armour in vivid blue schemes, on Aeldari models in bright blue Craftworld colours, and as a mid-tone in any blue armour workflow where maximum vibrancy across the raised surfaces is the goal.
