Raven Guard: Aethon Shaan is a Warhammer 40,000 character model for the Raven Guard Space Marines Chapter - a multipart plastic kit building a single jump-pack equipped leader character who embodies the Raven Guard's doctrine of precision strikes, stealth, and rapid assault from unexpected angles. Aethon Shaan carries the Claws of Severax - paired master-crafted weapons - alongside a heavy bolt pistol as sidearm, and his jump pack allows him to operate with the assault-focused Raven Guard infantry that favour fast-moving engagements over static defensive positions. The kit includes three distinct head options: a full helmet, a rebreather-equipped head, and a hooded variant, allowing personalisation within the character's visual identity.

Use in Raven Guard Space Marines forces as a characterful named leader option that complements the Chapter's tactical doctrine of fast assault and enemy disruption - Aethon Shaan works best alongside Incursors, Reivers, and other Phobos-armoured vanguard units rather than in static gunline configurations. The rules for Aethon Shaan are available as a free download from the Warhammer Community website rather than being included in the box, making them updateable independently of the physical kit. The three head options give painters meaningful visual customisation within the official character without converting, and the model is distinctive enough to serve as a display piece in a Raven Guard collection. Supplied unpainted and requiring assembly.
