Citadel Shade Mortarion Grime is a pale, desaturated yellow-grey wash. It is useful for Death Guard, Nurgle and weathered schemes where a sickly, dirty shadow is more suitable than a clean brown or black wash. The 18ml pot suits batch painters working through larger groups of models.
Apply over Death Guard green armour, pale robes and corroded metal on Plague Marines, Blightlord Terminators, Foetid Bloat-drones and related Death Guard models. The yellow-grey tone helps push armour, metal and cloth toward a neglected Nurgle look without relying only on standard brown or black shading. It can also work on Nurgle terrain and corrupted Imperial vehicles.
