The T'au Empire Krootox Rider is a standard Kroot auxiliary model - a Kroot warrior mounted on a larger Krootox beast, carrying a heavy kroot gun that delivers significantly more firepower than a standard Kroot rifle while using the Krootox's mobility to reposition between turns. This plastic kit or resin model assembles one Krootox Rider with the characteristic hunched Krootox body, the mounted Kroot gunner, and the heavy weapon configuration that distinguishes this model from lighter Kroot infantry.

On the tabletop the Krootox Rider provides long-range heavy fire support within a Kroot Carnivore squad, adding a weapon profile that can threaten light vehicles and heavier infantry at ranges the squad's standard kroot rifles cannot match effectively.
