Citadel Shade Carroburg Crimson is a red-pink wash - the standard Citadel shade for human flesh tones and pink surfaces, applied over Cadian Fleshtone or Kislev Flesh base coats to define skin wrinkles, wounds and facial features with immediate depth and a warm, healthy undertone that keeps skin looking natural rather than grey or cold.
Apply over flesh-toned base coats on all human and humanoid infantry - Astra Militarum faces and hands, Space Marine exposed skin, character models with prominent facial features. Let it pool in wrinkles and around lips and eyes, then allow to dry fully before highlighting. Also works on red armour as a shade wash when you want a cooler shadow than Berserker Blood provides, and on pink or purple Chaos surfaces.
