Product Description

Apply over black primer as the foundation for deep blue armour, Crimson Fists schemes, stealthier Space Marine palettes or other blue armour that should read dark rather than bright. It can also work as a deep shadow tone for Ultramarines-style schemes before brighter blues are applied to the main armour areas.

A strong dark blue starting point for painters who want to build up through brighter Citadel blues. Caledor Sky, Altdorf Guard Blue and similar brighter blues can be used above it depending on the finish you want.
